Happy National Running Day!
Did you run today? We celebrated yesterday at school with the kids. All my kids walked/ran 3-4 miles. I was impressed. I actually didn’t run today. There are major storms coming and it is 98 degrees and humid. I got up for 5:30 spin this morning, but wasn’t able to use my new spin shoes because I haven’t had a chance to get them fitted for the spin bike yet. After work I did this intense plyometric workout from Bodyrock.
